Chapter Five: List ways to stay more focused
My mind has been pulled into a hundred different directions lately, and I can feel that affecting my focus, it's like the ‘why' of it all starts getting a bit fuzzy, and you can't quite grasp what all the work is for. I think this has been my favourite list so far, in terms of sensing a clear shift towards clarity after reading it through. Here's my list, which I'll promise to try to adhere to, I'd love to see yours!
- I will pursue my dreams until they become a reality.
- I will write tomorrow's to-do-list tonight.
- I won't waste time on doubting myself.
- I won't give up.
- I will stay true to what makes me happy.
- I won't be afraid of asking for help.
- I will get up when my alarm goes off.
- I will take better care of myself/eat better.
- I will set both realistic & wild goals.
- I will visualise success.
- I will stop wasting time on things that won't feed my soul.
